VGA Big Dog points winners for today’s event. Play first win first and that’s how Doug Walsh is playing it today at Aguila. Taking 1st place with a 67 net score, bravo Monday boy. Tied at 70 net scores were Fred Baldwin and William Nelson with Fred getting 2nd and William 3rd place in the scorecard playoff. Ties of the Atta Boy at 71 nets were Lloyd Snively, George Kowalchik, and Joey Hochevar close but no cigar. Remember when viewing Galaxy or multiple-grouped pictures if you tap on the image you get a larger view and more info at the bottom.

Hello VGA – The John Pierce Open is almost here. Here are some details of the tournament. 
The tournament is a 3-day event with $ 500 added to the total tournament payout.
If you can’t play all 3 days, you can play either on Sat, Sun, or Mon.
If you don’t compete in the entire 3-day event you are only eligible for day money.
An optional practice round will be at Quarry Pines golf course (off the Marana exit coming into Tucson) on Friday.  Call or email me for information on the practice round.
The tournament rule sheet and estimated payouts will be coming out.
An individual day invite will be sent for the Sun and Mon rounds.  You DO NOT have to sign up if you have already signed up for the 3-day event with the existing invite thru GG. This is only for players who can’t play all three days.
