Built in 1935 and located in the core of the city’s historic district, Encanto is the third oldest golf course in Arizona. Designed by William P. Bell is Ideally suited for the average golfer with wide level fairways and a limited number of hazards making for an enjoyable round for all ages and levels of golfer. Spectacular views of downtown Phoenix. Amenities include a driving range and practice green.

VGA Big Dog points winners for today’s event. Donald Majors won the Encanto event with a fantastic 63 net. Well played Donald. Jandy Johnson is right there for 2nd place at 65 net very good Jandy. Warren Meehan came in at 66 net for 3rd place. Nice work Dubya! Dan Bengtson shot 68 for the beloved Atta Boy. Great scores out there players Ye did well. Speaking of well, Brandon Bracy started well with an Eagle on hole # 1, well struck Brandon.

Will someone please explain how the team were picked. I thought a low and a high handicaps would make up team’s. I was placed with a 28:handicap and I was a 22. Does that seem fair to u
