Verrado Victory “Land of the Big Rocks” September 11, 2024.

VGA Flight both A and B Results from today’s event.

Flight A top 3

Larry Burton won today at the Verrado Victory course with a net score of 73. Ron Amstutz and Rusty Silverman tied with net scores of 75, with Ron taking 2nd place and Rusty getting 3rd in a scorecard playoff. Jim Cox captured the Atta Boy with a net score of 76. I don’t have information about the longest Boulder bounce, but I’m certain there was one.

VGA Flight both A and B Results from today’s event.

Flight A top 3

Eric Bowers took first place in A flight with a net score of 70, tied with Rusty Silverman. Rusty secured second place following a scorecard playoff. Steve Laveirge claimed third with a net score of 71. Larry Burton, with a net score of 75, earned the Atta Boy award and will need to make more room on his mantle.

Flight B top 3

Steve Richter won at Southern Dunes with a net score of 69, which was also the best score of the round. Well done, Steve! VGA and Monday are proud of you. Bill “The Carver” Heller tied with Joe Galli at 70 net scores. Bill took 2nd place and Joe got 3rd in a scorecard playoff. George Kowalchik received an “Atta Boy” for his 71 net score.

VGA Flight both A and B Results from today’s event.

Flight A top 3

Joe Pilewicz secured 1st place with a net score of 66, the lowest in today’s event—congratulations to Joe. Robert Froehlich claimed 2nd place with a net of 70. Rusty Silverman came in 3rd with a net score of 71. Larry Burton earned the ‘Atta Boy’ with a net of 75.

Flight B top 3

Daniel Russell secured 1st place with a net score of 78, despite a tie with Jim Foster, who took 2nd place, also scoring 78 net. A scorecard playoff determined the positions. Don Majors claimed 3rd place with an 80 net score, while the Dean of VGA, Gordon Lukert, received the Atta Boy with an 81.
