Flight A top 3

Darrell Ruehle took 1st place with a score of 66. Very respectable, Darrell! Matt Brogen Jr. secured 2nd place with a net score of 69. Jim Belanger tied him at 69 and got 3rd place in a scorecard playoff. Steve Yamasaki and Jim Cox are tied and shared the “Atta Boy” award for a net score of 70.

Flight B top 3

Warren Meehan achieved an impressive score of 65 net today, earning him 1st place in B Flight. He also had the lowest overall score for the entire event at Encanto. Well done, Warren! The “Legend” Dan Clark secured 2nd place with a score of 69 net. Great job, Dan! Gary Vance finished 3rd with a score of 71 net, tying with Alan Yancy and Dennis Sylvia, who both earned Atta Boys, as determined by a scorecard playoff.

Matthew Brogen Jr. finished in 1st place with a net score of 69. Tom Hebert came in 2nd place with a net score of 70. Cathy Harvey secured 3rd place with a net score of 71. George Kowalchik was awarded the “Atta Boy” for his net score of 73. Despite the challenging conditions of the Kokopelli course, the players performed well. The low turnout resulted in just one flight for the day.

Joe “Smokin” Pilewicz secured first place in today’s A Flight with a net score of 69. He achieved the lowest net score of the event. Congratulations to Joe! Elmer Schmidt and Doc Watts tied with net scores of 74. Elmer finished in second place, while Doc claimed third place, as determined by a scorecard playoff. Additionally, Dave Dean received the Atta Boy Award.

Neal Fisel and Doug Walsh both finished with a net score of 72 in today’s B Flight competition. Neal secured 1st place, while Doug earned 2nd place after a scorecard playoff. Dennis Sylvia came in 3rd with a net score of 73. Additionally, Jim Foster and Rock Wilson both received the “Atta Boy” recognition, each recording net scores of 74.
