Second Hole in One for this season. Elmer Schmidt on hole # 11 at Southern Dunes holed the shot. Well done, Elmer.
Flight A top 3
Flight A had three players tie for 1st place. Mark Thompson, Steve Park, and Eric Bolles all had 70 net scores. Mark took 1st place, Steve got 2nd place, and Eric was 3rd place. All determined in a scorecard playoff. Darrell Ruehle and Robert Froehlich tied for the Atta Boy at 71 net.
Flight B top 3
Now comes the really interesting stuff in Flight B. The Dean of VGA Gordon Lukert went swelter with a 64 net score. It was not only the low net, but also 1st place. This is not bad for a man of his senior rating of 90 + years. Brien Byers took second place just 2 off Gordon place at 66 net. Fred Baldwin was in 3rd at 67 net. Warren Meehan got the Atta Boy with 70 net score.
