Ken McDonald is one of the most active and reasonably priced 18 hole par 72 championship golf courses in the metropolitan Phoenix area with a full service restaurant and bar. The golf course was built in 1974 and designed by the famous local architect Jack Snyder. This 18-hole championship course provides an excellent round of golf for every skill level at an affordable price. This well-maintained course has been a favorite to Arizona golfers and is consistently ranked as one of the area’s top daily fee courses. The course, while flat, has well-placed hazards that provide a fun and challenging golf experience. Ken McDonald also hosts a fantastic program for junior golfers.

Jeffrey Darbut shot a remarkable 62 net today to win the Ken McDonald VGA event. Great shooting today and your new pic looks good too. Must have brought you some good luck maybe? Alan Yancy shot lights out too for a 63 net and second place. Alan you been taking lessons man? Bill the Carver Heller, what hasn’t been about him. I really enjoyed the round watching him light it up for a 67 net third place finish. Bill got a new pic too today and we are using it here today. Much better don’t you think? We were enjoying the completion until my 8s and 7s showed up as on schedule. Dan Christiansen brought home another Atta Boy, what a collection shelf he must have. Cold Water Saturday hope you all can make that one.
