A little cool this morning, wish I could blame that for Xing out on my third hole of play. Definitely was not my day, lost my car keys. Chef Bo R Dee behind the counter ended up with them how I don’t know, after I had asked him twice if I had left them on the counter ordering my lunch.  Thanks to Doug Rankin for spotting them on the counter by the cash register. After consuming my $12 hamburger, I think I left there with a bad taste in my mouth. After my wife arrived to rescue me with the wrong keys my day was shot. Thanks to Rich Golz for sticking it out with me, he kept me sane. Now to the real news, Golf. Kokopelli is one tough little course and proved it again. Winner at 69 net Fred Baldwin. Second place went to Jim Bays (70) net who happened to kill my one and only bird on # 12 a 378 yard par 4. Nice work Jim. In third place was one of my group for the day, Bob Watson at 71 net. Bob played a steady game and didn’t once tell me how many putts he had. Thanks Bob and sorry for accusing you of stealing my keys. Sure I accused everyone anyway. Next up Cave Creek, rest of the scores below. Don’t forget to check out the golf humor below, it’s a good one.

Next up for VGA, Saturday, March 4, 2017 Cave Creek 8:30 $49.00.
