Projected temp for today was 115 for Phoenix, but starting at 630 am sure cuts done on the length of exposure to the elements. Doing my best to hold it together out there, I some how managed to do just that. You could ask Steve Richter my cart partner for the day. I hit some very lucky shots and putted for me anyway, lights out. I won it with a 65 net score. Tied at 68 nets were Ron Gunderson and Rich Golz. Ron got second on the scorecard playoff and Rich got third. Steve Richter takes home the Atta-a-boy. Next up a trip to Wickenburg to visit the Los Caballeros course there. Play it and you will love it. Rest of the Raptor field below. One personal note, it was great to see Uncle G out and playing today. Last Monday at San Marcos he suffered the venomous bites from two very large snakes on the front and back nines there and acted very ill. Unfortunately for him he was bitten again on the front nine by one of those same snakes on the Raptor today. Oh well hope he won at cards. Will make him feel better.
