I think it was colder at Encanto but probably because the wind was stouter. Orange tree started in the 30s somewhere with an hours delay to start for frost. It took till the back 9 before thinking of taking off my jacket but I kept it on. The Golden Lad Rusty Silverman came in with a 71 to win the Orange Tree event today. I’m sure he would tell he could probably do better if it was warmer. Larry Burton came in 2nd place with a 72 net. Steve Richter was in at 74 net for 3rd place and was smart enough to walk it to stay warmer. Jim Cox came in for the Atta Boy at 75 net. Course was pretty nice hard and cold. Always enjoy a round there. Food is good and have a friendly staff.
